Visit from The Night Zookeeper . . .

We had such a fun Skype visit from the Night Zookeeper from England last week! We don't actually know where in England, because it's a secret. The class spent time exploring the Night Zoo online last week and learning how to become a zoo keeper. Next, we are up for

the writing challenge. You should have received a letter on Friday explaining the project. We'll be learning more each day in the upcoming week through writing lessons. Students will learn how to unlock challenges and be challenged to write! I'm attaching a link to the parent letter if, by chance, your letter didn't make it home. When logging on to the site, our class code is mccroreyclass3. Students should, if they have not already, make up their own username and password. To go to the site, I have included link below. Your child should press the blue enter button and begin the game. When it asks if you would like to write for the evening news, write a story! Can't wait to see all of the great stories that are class will be writing!
