We will be revealing mystery word on Monday. With so many events last week, we skipped two days of mystery word clues. How did we let that happen?!?!?!? I have shown students how to use a thesaurus, and we will be practicing with it more and more. That's a great way to try to figure out the mystery word! Here are all 4 clues for last week's word:
1) I am an 11 letter adjective that starts with "m" and ends
with "t". I am used to describe something extremely beautiful.
2) I am similar to words such as splendid, glorious, and wonderful.
3) I am not dull, boring, or plain.
4) I can fit in the following sentence:
Monet's ____________ painting of water lilies hangs in
New York's Museum of Modern Art.
Happy Guessing!!!
