Practicing for Global Skype Night . . .

In preparing for our Global Skype Night, Mrs. Micklow's class

came over to have a Mystery Skype with us today! Little did our students know that we were having a Skype with a class outside of the USA! We soon learned that the class was NOT in the United States. We next learned that their country borders the USA, so we guessed correctly that the class is from the country of

Canada. Our classes learned that Canada doesn't have states, they have provinces! We set off to guess their province and soon learned that the province is Alberta. Here are some of the questions that we used to make our correct guess. Do you border water? Do you border Lake Winnepeg? Does your province border the USA? Does your province begin with a vowel? Boom, we had it! We're so excited about Sunday night! Wonder who we will meet! Wonder what countries we will talk to! What continents will they be on? We'll soon see!
