Lots went on yesterday as we celebrated our 100th day of school. Students at South brought in pennies as they participated in the annual South 100th Day Penny Quilt. It's always fascinating to look at all of the pennies and know what a difference they can make. All of the totals are not in, but Mrs. Brown has told us that so far, over $540 has been collected to donate to the American Red Cross. I'll post a picture of the full quilt when I receive one!
