Help . . . We are looking for worms!

Who knew earthworms are so hard to find! I have been trying to find some for a project we are going to do that we learned about while reading Marty McGuire Digs Worms. I have called and shopped around but have learned that they are hard to find in the winter. Apparently, worms are not good bait for cold water fishing. Anyway, if you know where I could purchase some, please let me know . . . or better yet, you could get them and donate to our class.

We just finished reading Marty McGuire Digs Worms and loved it! The kids really want to read Kate Messner's new book, Marty McGuire Too Many Pets, but we're going to wait awhile. Stay tuned to hear what our next new read aloud chapter book will be!
