Fun Day Was . . . FUN!

   

 We had a super time on Fun Day! We didn't spend too much time in the sun, and when we did, some of us got cooled off a with few "showers". Our day started with some great books read by a storyteller from the library. We next headed down to the field for lots of different games and races. Our next stop was the gym for some song and dance. High school cheerleaders were there to lead the dances (thank goodness!!!). Our last stop was with designing our own backpacks with Sharpies. We ended up with some really cool designs. Hunger was really setting in, so lunch was just in time. We ate in our classroom. Thank goodness for air conditioning. Here are a few pictures.
